My boys love to play hard when outside but I love to dress them in nice clothes. I often feel that I have to ask them to tone down their active play because I don't want their clothing to get super dirty & stained forever. After having 3 babies in the span of 5 years, it is time to admit that my body has changed and finding clothing that fits, is fashionable yet comfortable is a daunting task. I have always been a lover of all things denim and have had at least a dozen pair of jeans in my wardrobe at any given time. First Haircuts at Cozy's Cuts for Kids

I recently took my boys and their cousin to get their first haircuts : "A" 2 years old, "T" 4 years old and "K" 7 years old. I have been struggling with the idea of taking them to the "barber" because I felt that there wouldn't be much variety and they would cone home bald. Luckily, I had the pleasure of meeting some of the Cozy Cuts stylists who styled the boys hair for a holiday fashion show and was impressed by their knowledge & techniques. They were very gentle with the boys and really handled them with care. It was suggested that I take them to the salon for their first haircuts and I instantly agreed. As soon as I made the appointments, I informed the boys that they would be going to Cozy Cuts  for Kids to get their hair cut a little; they were excited and couldn't wait for the outing and their first hair cuts! On the day of our appointment, we arrived and were greeted at the door by friendly receptionists who personally welcomed each boy. We were introduced to our stylists and the boys got to pick out a DVD to watch at their stylists station. Each stylist asked about what products we were using on their hair, how they usually wore their hair and how much length I was comfortable with taking off. The stylists were gentle, attentive and kept double checking with me to make sure I was okay with what they were doing. I was invited to preview Old Navy’s Kids and Baby Sale where EVERYTHING in kids and baby up to 40% off starting 2/7 through 2/24. I had a great time shopping with other fashionable mommy bloggers and Nicole from Motrends! We set out on missions to rustle up outfits for our little ones. Many of the mommies headed off to the land of girl clothes, while I headed to the Infant & Toddler Boy Section. I was impressed at the amount of color, prints and graphics that were available for my little guys. I had a fantastic time selecting a coordinating outfit for “T” (3 years old) and “A” (1 year old) and additional pieces that could be mixed and matched. I decided on pink plaid long sleeved button up shirts for both boys but layered them with completely different graphic tees and pants, so that they didn’t match completely. I was excited to see colored pants and selected a royal blue pant for ‘T” and a bright orange pant for “A” in addition to a basic black pant that could be rolled up. I was also able to pick up another set of short sleeve plaid button up shirts indifferent colors that could be worn with the pants as well as additional graphic tees and a “Star Wars” onesie for layering.
